    4. In addition, we use the Google Analytics audience analysis tool (hereinafter « Google ») to obtain certain information about users of our website. We do not use the information provided to us by Google to identify you. This information is intended to inform us about the demographic and geographical data of our users (e.g. age, sex, language, territory, etc.) as well as their behaviour on our Site and their affinities (e.g. lifestyle). Finally, it also informs us about the technology used by them to access our Site (e. g. browser, operating system, devices used, IP address, etc.).

  4. What technologies do we use to collect your personal information?

  5. We use digital forms to collect the personal information listed in section 2.1 and keep it in a database that allows us to retrieve your information quickly. We also use cookie files (commonly known as « cookies ») to allow you to use the job cart without losing the data you have saved.

    As for the information collected by our audience analysis tool, Google enters a number in your browser using a cookie file to remember your visit. This then allows Google to associate your browser with the demographic category to which you appear to belong based on other sites you visit. Google also uses your IP address to identify the country, region and city in which your computer connects to the Internet to access our Site.   13. Because the job search process may take several months or years depending on the type of job sought, we keep the personal information listed in section 2.1 indefinitely or until you request it.

 Job description

Le directeur de territoire aura la responsabilité entrepreneuriale de gérer et de superviser un territoire donné pour s'assurer que les objectifs de vente sont atteints. Le Directeur de Territoire cherchera de nouvelles solutions et alternatives pour les partenaires détaillants et défendra la marque. Grâce à une planification efficace des itinéraires et à une bonne compréhension des ressources disponibles pour répondre efficacement aux demandes du territoire, le Directeur de Territoire veillera à ce que les activités de vente de son territoire se déroulent sans heurts dans le cadre d'un budget approuvé. Habile à traiter les objections des acheteurs, le Directeur de Territoire se concentrera de façon proactive sur la valeur et les solutions novatrices.

Le titulaire de ce poste relèvera du directeur régional des ventes, Est du Canada, mais il aura une solide relation de travail avec l'équipe des ventes canadienne.

Planifier et gérer les activités quotidiennes et le développement d'un territoire donné, tout en favorisant la différence et les valeurs de la compagnie auprès de nos clients.
- Développer de nouvelles ouvertures de magasins, des plans de vente sur le marché et des plans d'affaires pour les 30 premiers comptes.
- Appliquer la règle 80/20 et se concentrer sur les comptes A et B de votre territoire.
- Présenter avec assurance, autorité et clarté à des publics de taille variable et dans des contextes différents, et être capable d'adapter le style de présentation aux besoins d'achat du compte ;
- Exécuter les présentations de marge/plan d'affaires fournies par l'employeur.
- Concentrer les efforts de vente en étudiant le volume existant et le volume potentiel des distributeurs dans votre territoire donné.
- En utilisant les techniques et pratiques de vente consultative, maintenir un contact régulier en face à face avec les comptes existants pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits et dépassés.
- Résoudre les plaintes des clients en enquêtant sur les problèmes, en élaborant des solutions et en faisant des recommandations à la direction.
- Participer à des examens trimestriels des performances et de la pénétration du marché.
- Évalue et crée des opportunités pour développer le territoire dans le cadre d'un budget fixe.
- Initie des techniques de vente à la base en fixant des rendez-vous/des visites aux clients potentiels, en faisant une présentation initiale, en comprenant les exigences du compte et les besoins des clients potentiels.

Conclure de nouvelles ventes en établissant un rapport avec les comptes potentiels, en se concentrant sur les besoins du compte, en expliquant les produits et les solutions de service, en accueillant et en surmontant les objections.
- Coordonne de manière proactive les efforts avec les autres départements : marketing, service client, opérations, transport et entrepôt.
- Tenir la direction des ventes au courant de l'activité commerciale par le biais de divers rapports (CRM, journaux d'appels, plans de travail, analyse du territoire). Soumettre les rapports en temps voulu et de manière organisée.
- Surveille la concurrence en recueillant des informations sur le marché, les tendances, en évaluant la présence, les techniques de marchandisage, etc.
- Maintenir ses connaissances techniques en se renseignant sur les produits et les tendances, en lisant les publications de l'industrie, en établissant des réseaux personnels et en participant aux salons professionnels de l'industrie des animaux de compagnie.
- Retrousser ses manches et faire ce qui est nécessaire pour accomplir le travail et accomplir d'autres tâches requises dans le même cadre et au même niveau.




 Required skills

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience combinée dans un rôle structuré de vente externe, idéalement dans l'industrie des biens de consommation.
- Équivalent d'un programme de baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente ;
- Compétences en communication bilingue française essentielles dans ce rôle - tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Vous êtes passionné par la promesse ultime de la compagnie de faire passer les animaux de compagnie en premier.
- Désireux d'apprendre les tenants et aboutissants de l'alimentation des animaux de compagnie et d'être une personne de référence pour les questions relatives à l'alimentation et aux produits sur le territoire.
- Reconnu comme étant un joueur d'équipe exceptionnel, autonome et accessible.
- Aptitudes à la réflexion stratégique et éprouvées, avec la capacité d'attirer de nouvelles affaires et de développer et accroître la base de clients en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités dans le territoire désigné ;
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite, y compris des compétences supérieures en communication et en relations interpersonnelles en utilisant les principes de la vente consultative ;
- Capacité avérée à animer des séminaires de formation sur les produits, engageants et mémorables, dans le cadre de grands et petits groupes.
- Capacité à travailler avec différents départements pour résoudre les problèmes des clients et suggérer des améliorations, et capacité à identifier et résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive et en temps opportun ;
- Compétences exemplaires en matière de gestion du temps et capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.



Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Gérer efficacement le retour sur investissement en temps (ROTI) pour le temps et l'argent dépensés sur le marché.
- Maintenir diligemment la soumission en temps voulu des rétro facturations et le suivi des dépenses promotionnelles.
- Respecter les politiques financières - soumettre les reçus à temps.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières et opportunes par le biais d'une gestion continue des performances.
- Développer des prévisions précises et assurer le suivi par rapport aux prévisions et aux objectifs - pour tous les aspects de ce rôle.
